Customer Service

Angoraknit's customer service goal is simple: We strive to create every item to please.  Although we do not accept returns on our hand knit items nor on our yarn we will work with our customers to achieve satisfaction.  If the problem is fixable we will fix it, plus we stand behind every item we knit, your item is guaranteed to be free of defects and if one occurs within the first year we fix it for free (you only pay for shipping it to us), in the 2nd and 3rd year you pay postage both ways and we fix it for free.  After 3 years there will be a slight charge for repairs.  Please keep the extra yarn we send you with your finished item in a safe place as we will need that to restore your item to perfection.  Occasionally a item has been worn extensively and the repairs are beyond normal, when this is the case we will advise you and let you know what is possible in the area of repairs and what the charge will be.  Questions?  Please contact me at dianean@comcast.net
